Thank you, I enjoyed really your work. Beautiful, the crackle effect is great. π I tried the same Golden crackle paste on canvas. But after having letting it dry for 3 days I painted over it. After 4 more days some places the dried crackles loosened. It was a little disappointing… Do you have som ideas what I did wrong? Under the paste I had only used white gesso long time before I started working with the paste…. I also wonder; If you use satin glazing over gold, will the metall keep the original shiny gloss? π

I added water to my crackle paste that had dried out…..let it sit for a few days and mixed well….good as new!
