I’m portray on a 12×16 stretched canvas, however you’ll be able to paint on any kind and measurement of canvas you want.

  2. Ohhh soooo helpful with my project. Exactly what I was searching for.. a Smokey sky using acrylic! Easy with oil, but trying to learn about acrylics.   6. I don't understand how the paint stays wet as you circle around the canvas. I would have had to spray some water ….a mist…on the canvas for sure. Perhaps you used a retarder in the paint, although I didn't see that. The scrub brush technique is something I would use as well as the mop brush to create a soft blend for my upcoming abstract background painting. Good lesson here. the way you don't rush anything.
