I love it!!
Thank you so much! It's beautiful! And now I know how to do it too. π
that is so realistic it could light up a dark room!
You've been very helpful.
@Chuck Black Help! My painting is beginning to fail
I personally think that the candle could have been more red/orange than that black
This was actually a really helpful video. I love how it wasnβt a time lapse and how you explained every single step along the way. It helped me with my first candle painting. If anyone would be so kind, itβs on my Instagram page @art_isfromthe_heart
This is going to be cool to do painting with my astigmatism lol
Thank you for this. Very helpful to what I am going to work on.
Thank you
Anyone know how I can paint white glowing letters on a half yellow half dark background? And glowing lightning. Or where I could find a resource. Thanks. π€
So… You mixed black as you went to the outer corner to blend it in with the colour of the background right? So should we merge it with white or yellow or some other colour based on the background colour…?
Iβm scared to do this. This was a very time consuming and tedious process π
π Question. If I want my neon blue, green, and yellow to really be bright, but my canvas is dark., do I apply a layer of white first? Or is it not necessary?
Beautiful Wow
This video should have been called "20 minutes of making a red mess and 20 minutes of painting the actual flame and candle". Great result though! Love your work.
Thank you so much Chuck, for painting a realistic flame on a candle. I am in the process of drawing and then painting a log fire, the one's you have at a camp site etc. The process will be very challenging for me to do, as I am still in the learning stages of my painting.. Like you have said, 'just keep on going and see where it leads you'. Although my drawing and painting skills are very amateurish, I will have a go and see what I come up with. Thank you again for showing on how to paint the glow of the flame etc.. (Angela, from Australia)..
