  1. 10:39 am 19 Jan 23. Your beautiful gift for teaching and sharing a message adds to the beauty of the artwork. I think this is one of my favorite pieces that Iโ€™ve seen from you due to emotion it evokes. Thank you for sharing such wonderful inspiration

  2. Hi Cinnamon! I have a quick question.. So I got a new mop brush ( that was on sale ) and I made the mistake of not testing the brush before I started working on this painting, now I have little hairs all over my painting from my new mop brush.. some are mixed in pretty good. My question is, what Is the best way to get the hairโ€™s from my brush, off of the painting without ruining the painting?

I have just been trying to pick them off one by one but holy cow it is extremely tedious and I am affecting the painting in a negative way. If you have any tips or tricks you can share I would greatly appreciate it!

  3. A few years ago I moved to a place that I really did not have a lot going on including friends. I was pretty lonely when my husband was away I was just sad. Then I found you on youtube and I have always loved painting but somewhere along the line I forgot I guess and you inspired me to pick up a brush again. Your style is so different from mine but what I love is that you are FUN. and by that I mean you have a happy kind soul that shines thru the art and that is what I love when I paint I like to paint happy and fun … something whimsical. I love that you said you do not paint to impress fine art circles. Can I just say I appreciate all art (I do not like all of it but I appreciate it and the talent in which it takes to produce a piece) and what it takes to put it on a canvas and display it to people. What I hate is art snobs that feel THEIR way is right…ACTUALLY whatever someone paints is not for the FINE ART SOCIETY it is actually for just that one person that appreciates it and loves it, makes something move in their soul and I do not know how anyone can think that something fun has less value then something that would be considered fine art. My house is filled with art. and every piece is fun. I have at least 5 different artists on my walls and each one makes me happy and feel in different ways. You do not paint for another artist you paint for that one person that finds value and happiness in what you put down. You inspire me …doesn't mean I paint what you do but you inspire me to create and I take bits of your techniques and make them my own. THANK YOU !!! Keep on doing you ๐Ÿ™‚

  4. Oh cinnamon one thing I would have been dying to ask you. I know that you paint on canvas boards for your tutorials but I was just wondering even though I don't feel painting would somebody buy a painting on a canvas board? Just curious is all. Have a colorful day

  5. Love love love this one but unfortunately I broke my wrist I'm always been clumsy since I was a child but I took all my own two feet put my hand down to brace the fall and broke my wrist well I can't really do anything and paint but I can't clean the brushes I can't rinse the brushes can't turn the fan on I really don't like kids would help me will pass like that but no they say it's my fault I broke my wrist and I shouldn't have done it and I got better things to do which I have to chuckle because I don't know what better things to have to do. So anyways I'm not going to be able to paint till this gets better and I'm so excited to get back to the group and so a painting again but obviously that's not happening and I really really wanted to do this one cuz it's so beautiful you did a great job good work!!!

  6. Cinnamonโ€ฆ I have to say that this is one of my FAVES!!!!!!! All my colours are there ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿฅฐ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿฅฐ I LOVE IT !!! Now, I am looking forward to the fall paintings ๐Ÿฅฐ Thank you and Jon for all you do โ€ฆ Love from Edmonton Alberta
