I hope this impressionistic portray goes a way in serving to your personal sky work.
However do not forget, practise, practise, practise and extra practise!

Great video. You make it look so easy. You explain everything so well.
LOVE this Painting Dave.. beautifully done 🙂 🙂
Mr Usher, I hope you’re keeping well and able to muck around with the paint during this chaos we find ourselves in. I just wanted to say how grateful I am to be gifted with all your generous expertise. I’m just discovering your channel and I’m gobbling up your tutorials, they are immensely helpful and so enjoyable ! Bless you!
What colour did you use for the grass it looks light but you never said
So calming.. Gorgeous painting. Thanks for the heads up re the hairdryer too! I love listening to your process. Thanks you so much!
Very cool piece, ¿are you painting in MDF?
Nice
A fantastic job, Dave. Just what I was looking for. Many thanks
Dave, you mention that the 1" Chinese brush has gone hard from cleaning with paraffin. You might be able to restore it by soaking it in 'Murphy's Oil Soap'. I use it to clean all my brushes, whether acrylic or oil. Works very well. Never use paraffin or thinners for oil paint.
Wow
Awesome work Thanks a lot ""
I love your painting style, I followed your video and created the best sky I’ve ever painted! My husband is from the UK (I’m from Canada) and when he saw my painting he said “ahhhh he’s taught you to paint an English sky” 🙂
Lovely job. Thanks for this; I'm working on my first painting for many years and needed some tips on skyscapes. I'm glad I found your demonstration.
Thank you for such a positive tutorial that is so inspiring.
Thank you. This is the exact thing I was trying to find.
Does he have rocks in his mouth?

Dave, thanks so much for this painting tutorial. I'm just starting to learn to paint with acrylics and landscapes are my favor area of painting. I appreciate your encouragement and will give this one a try.
Do you recall the dimensions of your board?
Entire painting is made with short vertical jabs!! Great..
Is this a wooden canvas?
I like it a lot! I feel like trying to paint this.
