You are a wonderful teacher!! I am so glad that you tell us what, why and how we do things. You make everyone feel welcome and capable of learning. I suffer with depression among other things and I love how you tell us not to stress over mistakes and allow us to see that you are human and make them right along with us. Another thing that you do that helps me is when you remind us to Breathe and relax our shoulders and arms. I always smile when you say that. You include everyone and make them feel welcome no matter their skill level. Thanks for helping those who can not afford the high end supplies. Me being one of them. You share with us tricks of the trade so we can adapt what we do have to work right along with you. I found a rock at the beach that I have been wanting to paint a sugar skull on for my adult niece. I was amazed at how you jumped right in and took control and made a amazing sugar skull come to life. She is not just a painting of half a skull. I can see and feel the life in her. I actually painted with you one night when I couldn't sleep. I followed along with the Bohemian Elephant for beginners. I didn't have a canvas so I used a rock instead. I adapted your lesson it to what I had and didn't have. I can tell you what I did have though. I had fun!! I plan on taking your sugar skull for beginners course as soon as I finish making my grandson's birthday gifts. PS I would love to watch your live paintings. How do I go about that??
