The Black Gap method – Acrylic fluid artwork portray

At the moment we paint a small summary art work utilizing the black gap method. You possibly can simply do it and you can be rewarded with an enchanting outcome, let your self be stunned!

In order that the white canvas doesn’t present by means of wherever, you must first coat it with black paint.
Solely then pour your black base layer adopted by the colours of your selection.

I blended the acrylic paints with rather less water, so they’re somewhat extra viscous. You will discover my pouring recipe right here: https://youtu.be/D3HeNcUlFf0

You possibly can after all alter the “black gap” in dimension, relying on how a lot black coloration you pour into your fundamental sample. Right here you must strive one thing, however do not take an excessive amount of coloration, it has to have the ability to broaden so as to not get thick puddles of paint.

As all the time, I want you a whole lot of enjoyable with the video, if I used to be capable of encourage you or simply loved it, I might be pleased with a thumbs up or a pleasant remark.

  1. The world is polluted. I find it disgusting when I go to a café or a shop and I am forcibly shoved in my ears with a noiseless sound – some kind of digital pulse – the sound of footsteps or a broken engine. The literary world is also full of pollution – just look at what is sold in bookshops. The same with art, with pseudo-avant-garde, blank sheets of paper with no concept invented at the bottom. Remember the joke about the difference between an installation and a perfomancy: if you first put shit on the door and then ring the bell, it's an installation, but if you ring the bell and then put shit on the door, it's a perfomancy. The age is sick with conceptualism. There is a concept, but there is no art.

  2. Hi, i have never painted before, i am a blacksmith artist, bit i would really love to learn acrylic pouring. Could you please tell me, what pouring medium and paint do you use? Also do you coat your paintings with anything after they are dry? If so, could you please tell me what you use?

Thanks ao much! Your work is beautiful!

  3. very VERY beautiful. i am just a bit confused… Are you using anything in your paints other than the paint itself? I have seen other videos that look shiny and they add Emer's White Glue. I think I'm going to try that route. Your art is inspiring. Thank You for this great piece of art!
