Nice vibrant colors. What brand are these oils? Do you just squeeze it onto a pallet straight from the tube and then apply it to the canvas, i.e. are the colors we are seeing the colors created by the oil color maker? Or do you mix the basic colors out of the oil tubes to create your own?

Beautiful. Did you gesso your canvas? Even with fluid acrylic, I’m having trouble getting the gradient from dark to light without it becoming all mixed together, and can’t get the light, speckled effect.

Do you let it dry before applying new paint? When I tried without drying everything just blends into one hot mess
